Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify staffing needs and present customized hiring solutions.
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Attend client meetings, job fairs, and industry events as needed.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales,(experience in staffingpreferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
