We are a fast-growing print shop specializing in custom apparel, screen printing, promotional products, branding, and business merchandise. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales & Marketing Representative who can bring in new accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating new business, creating marketing strategies, and building a strong client base. This position is commission-based, earning a percentage from every account you bring in. The more accounts you close, the more you earn—no cap on income potential.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business accounts for printing and promotional services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote company services through social media, networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
Understand client needs and provide accurate service recommendations and quotes.
Track leads, sales, and follow-ups to maintain consistent communication.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
Prior sales or marketing experience preferred, especially in print, apparel, or promotional products (not required but a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation for client visits (if applicable).
Basic understanding of branding, printing, or merchandise is helpful.
Ability to meet goals and follow through with leads consistently.
Commission Structure
Commission is earned on every account brought in.
Percentage will be based on account type, volume, and repeat orders.
Additional bonuses may be available for high-performing representatives.
No base hourly pay—pure commission with unlimited earning potential.
