Work schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday: 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 3pm
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and speak with customers that walk in. Explain what an engine rebuild entails. (All we do here are engine rebuilds; no general mechanic work)
Increase profitability by maximizing sales.
Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles.
Parts ordering. Make sure all necessary parts are ordered in a timely fashion.
Most importantly, assess the situation with work that has been sitting in our shop, and help form a plan to complete that work.
Requirements
Basic computer skills
Automotive Service Advisor experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
