Halotherapy Headspa is a new, exciting head and scalp spa launching October 26th, 2024, in La Verne, CA. We're located inside Sola Salon Studios, where we offer luxury treatments focused on scalp health and hair rejuvenation. We already have hundreds of clients on our waiting list and over 20 pre-paid bookings, ensuring you’ll have a busy and rewarding schedule from day one!
What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring 3 licensed cosmetologists specializing in hair to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a perfect position for a growing entrepreneur looking to expand their schedule with a side gig while working in an innovative, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform luxury head and scalp spa treatments with a focus on hair health, thickness, and relaxation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster recurring appointments.
- Maintain the treatment area with proper cleaning, prepping, and sanitizing between appointments.
- Work from our booking software to manage your schedule and bookings.
- Keep 100% of all tips you earn from clients.
- Be a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional client experiences in line with Halotherapy™ Headspa’s mission.
Hard Skills:
- Must hold a valid cosmetology license in California, specializing in hair treatments.
- Previous experience in hair and scalp treatments or similar services is a plus.
- Familiarity with booking software (we will provide training) and maintaining client schedules.
- Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend treatments and products based on individual client needs.
