Apartment Maintenance Technician full time in Riverside Area 135 unit Apartment complex. Must be experienced in light plumbing, electrical, painting, R & R toilet, garbage disposal, GFI. sink. and some knowledge of landscaping and sprinkler systems. Complete make ready's within 4 days. Be willing to take directions / drug test with in 24 hour of notification and work well with other team members. Cleaning common areas & dumpster area. parking lot daily. Must speak English but bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Only Apartment maintenance experience will be considered only applicants with a resume or job detailed or the past 5 years will be considered for an interview and possible paid 3 - 5 working interview.
