Aames Lock is a commercial-based locksmith company with a rare opportunity available having one open full-time position for a top-quality service technician living in or very near the Corona area. An experienced commercial Locksmith is preferred, but we will take on the right trainee. We have been in business serving Southern California for 45 years. We have specialized in electric lock installation for 28 of those years and are the leading electric lock installation company around. We are no longer a traditional Locksmith that works on anything with keys, so no, we don't work on homes or cars, just businesses. We keep a fast pace, pride ourselves in quality of craftsmanship and have a great reputation in the industry.
Hours of operation
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Closed weekends.
Emergency service calls provided as needed. Technicians will rotate being On Call for weekdays and weekends.

Requirements
Applicant must:
-Have knowledge and be experienced with power tools and hand tools.
-Have a Valid California Drivers License
-Have a clean driving record (No DUI's and no accidents within 5 years!)
-Be insurable to drive one of our fleet vehicles (If you have citations or again, any accidents in the last 3-5 years you will not qualify, so please save us both the time and do not reply!)
-Pass a complete background check. This is mandatory as you will need to be licensed by the Feds as a Locksmith.
-Be on time as scheduled.
-Keep a neat and orderly work space.
-Have a professional appearance and positive attitude.
-Good communications skills
Experience with welding, low voltage electronics (DC voltage), soldering, electric locks, installing door closers, hanging doors & frames, installing mechanical locks and panic bars, knowledge of rekeying and master keying all are a plus.
