Who we are: Small, but high-powered team developing an app in commercial real estate space.
Who you are: Seasoned veteran with at least 10 years of experience in the construction general contracting profession, either as an employee, manager, or principal. Should have at least five years of this working in the Inland Empire and know the contracting business landscape of the Inland Empire quite well. You are open to help us as a domain expert and marketing lead. You are looking to get experience marketing an app in a software startup, while potentially having a huge impact in a rapidly evolving, dynamic environment with a very high upside. (we don't currently have AI features in our apps but this is on the road map)
What you will be doing: You will help us recruit users for the app, then help us in developing new features for our app based on the feedback you get from our users.
Your qualifications:You must be organized, methodical, and able to solve problems and do research without the use of AI. Strong business sense and enjoy meeting and talking to potential users, either over phone, virtually, or in person.
Nice to have: A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related discipline. Digital marketing, real estate and/or logistics background.
Compensation: We offer a potential percentage ownership in the LLC for early joiners, as well as a top-line (based on revenue) commission. Hourly compensation in the future will be a possibility depending on funding picture.
