be able diagnose and repair ,know how to to do brake job,use brake machine,experience remove and installation transmission or engine ,
do timing belt or timing chain,do suspension strut or power steering rack and pinion and alignment.
we do 50%-60% of transmission job

have own set tool with tool box
good driving record
be strong able help carry transmission
have some ase certificate
