We are seeking an experienced polyurea spray applicator to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with industrial coating applications and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in polyurea spray application
Must have operated Graco Reactor 3 H XP2 Pro system or equivalent high-pressure spray equipment
Experience with surface preparation, masking, and application techniques
Knowledge of proper mixing ratios, temperature requirements, and cure times
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in protective equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with other spray systems (Plural Component, PMC, etc.)
Background in industrial, commercial, or residential coating projects
Familiarity with different polyurea formulations and applications

JOB DUTIES:
Apply polyurea coatings to various substrates (polyethylene foam or steel.)
Perform surface preparation including cleaning, priming, and repairs
Set up and operate spray equipment according to specifications
Maintain equipment and perform daily cleaning/maintenance
Work with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
