Looking for a full time swim instructor for the summer. ( May-October) and maybe a permanent year around position if all goes well. I am in need of someone who already has swim coaching experience for Infant- adults. I started a swim school out of my home pool last year that was extremely successful. my ex business partner was doing the lessons but will no longer be doing the lessons moving forward. I am looking to partner with a local instructor with experience in this field that would like to partner with me to keep the business going.
I will provide the warmed pool and all the necessary swim tools as well as provide all of the clients and take care of all customer service. This is a full time position and i am willing to alter the hours according to your schedule. I will be offering a $25 per hour guarantee or pay per client for the day ( whichever is higher) which could be as much as $500 per day.
