Finish Carpenter (Experienced)

About Us:

At Paramount Windows & Doors, we don’t just build — we craft. Every window and door we make is handcrafted with precision, pride, and a deep respect for the tradition of fine woodworking.

We believe in doing things the right way — honoring time-tested craftsmanship while providing our team with steady, full-time work and clear opportunities to grow into roles such as Journeyman, Foreman, Project Manager, or Salesperson.

We value hard work, consistency, and skill that stand the test of time. If you take pride in your craft and are looking for a company that respects the trades and offers a long-term career — not just a short-term job — you’ll fit right in here.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter (5+ years) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precise cuts, elegant finishes, and strong builds. Cabinet manufacturing experience is preferred. Cabinet installation isn’t required — but it’s a plus. If you know your way around trim, scribing, windows, and custom work — we want to hear from you.
