Take full ownership of the shop’s daily workflow
Hold all techs accountable to quality, speed, and safety
Diagnose quickly, accurately, and confidently
Approve every job before keys are handed back to client
Maintain a clean, disciplined, high-standard work environment
Communicate proactively with office, techs, and customers
Protect the brand, the shop, and our clients
Operate with urgency and precision at all times
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
5+ years as a diesel technician
Experience as a foreman, lead tech, or shop supervisor
Strong diagnostic & leadership skills
Professional attitude, reliability, and discipline
Ability to manage multiple jobs under pressure
