Job Description:
General Labor
Become a vital part of our team as a General Labor, leading construction projects with a strong emphasis on safety, expertise, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
-Possess familiarity with construction materials and specialized equipment
-Valid California Driver's License: No more than 1.0 point on the license.
-Clear Background: No felony convictions or recent offenses within the last 3 years.
-Reliable Transportation: To and from project assignments, shop, or other locations.
-Drug-Free: Must pass a drug test and maintain a drug-free work environment.
-Legal Status: Eligible to work in the United States.
-Willingness to Travel: Stay out of town for up to one week; lodging and Per Diem provided.
-Physical Capability: Able to work in stressful conditions for extended periods.
-Language Skills: Read, write, and understand English; perform simple calculations.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Additional skills such as crane operation, rigging, aerial lift expertise, texturing, framing, drywall, painting, steel erection, concrete, roofing, or telecom experience are advantageous.
-Valid Class A License holders receive additional incentives.
