The Commercial Glazing Estimator/Project Manager must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Estimating and Project Management field. The Estimator will be responsible for interacting with contractors, job superintendents, vendors, team members, and management to ensure a smooth project experience with our company from start to finish. Organizational and time management skills are a must.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Estimating, ordering, budgeting, and scheduling.
Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and estimates at the same time.
Ensure projects are completed, timely and efficiently.
Attend Job Walks when needed.
Ability to build relationships and trust.
Problem solving and troubleshooting.
Work well alone and as part of a team

Requirements:
3 years in Glazing/Estimating field.
Knowledge of CAD and Estimating software.
Must be able to read and understand shop drawings, architectural drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be detail oriented, have strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
