Ideal candidate must have experience with the following:
Operate various types of heavy equipment including, but not limited to; excavators, dozers, skip loaders, skid steers and various other equipment as needed.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Lead and coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
