Construction Station Flooring and Design is a construction company based in the Inland Empire specializing in custom homes, remodels, and property maintenance. We are looking for skilled tradesmen to assist in the construction and maintenance of homes and commercial spaces throughout Inland Empire.
This is a full time position. We are leaders in multi family and home remodels. Immediate opening is available. Starting rate $29.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience. Great job security.
Job Requirements
Has to have at least 5-10 years of remodel experience. This person has to be self motivated, have his own tools and truck. Proficient in plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, and door & window installation and every accept of remodeling a house or apartment. Tile installation experience is also a plus. Experience in removing load bearing walls and installation of support beams extremely helpful.
Responsibilities:
Be on-site daily to coordinate the development of construction and maintenance projects throughout Inland Empire
Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification;
Report to supervisor regarding on-site job status and issues related to the projects;
Maintain job site safety;
Ensure job site is kept in clean condition;
Submit work orders and assist with material procurement for projects as needed;
Oversee details and quality control throughout the construction process; and
Assist in day-to-day hands-on tasks related to the construction of beautiful homes throughout Inland Empire.
Job Requirements:
Experience as a team leader;
Experience in various types of construction in California;
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Attention to detail when working on drawings and field construction;
Ability to effectively work independently with strong time management skills;
Working knowledge of California building codes;
Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record and ability to travel;
Experience in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical, and stucco;
Must have own tools and truck to travel.
Must be able to install sinks, faucets, shower valves and toilets.
This is a very fast working environment. You have to be a team player and be able to work under pressure.
Job sites throughout Inland Empire.
Work is only Monday through Friday.
Neat and clean appearance.
No physical restrictions.
Meticulous about details and create showroom quality work.
