HVAC Technician and Plumbing Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and/or industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ventilation units, and control systems.

Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions and provide efficient solutions.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.

Collaborate with other trades and contractors on construction or renovation projects.

Respond to emergency service requests and be available for on-call rotations as required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company safety protocols and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7–10 years of experience, if less than minimum we are open to discuss.

EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).

State HVAC Technician License (as applicable by location).

Proven expertise in HVAC control systems, including digital and programmable thermostats and automation systems.

Strong working knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces.

Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Some evening, weekend, or on-call hours may be required based on service needs.

Additional Open Position: Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate will possess the foundational skills to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while holding applicable certifications and a valid state plumbing license or registration (as required by local law).

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing codes to determine layout and sequence of installations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Provide excellent customer service while working in homes or businesses.

Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working conditions.

Support senior plumbers and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in plumbing (residential or commercial preferred).

Valid Plumber Apprentice License or Journeyman License (depending on experience level and state requirements).

Basic understanding of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Work performed indoors and outdoors in various environments (homes, businesses, construction sites).

May involve working in tight spaces, at heights, or in varying weather conditions.
