Must Live onsite with minimum 3years experience.
Looking for experience tech with plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs/installation.
Knowledge of Apartment maintenance or single family residence make readies.
Can troubleshoot all areas including but limited to cabinetry, hardware, blinds installation.
Air-conditioning knowledge a plus.
Willing to clean property to maintain upkeep, pressure washing and trash disposal of grounds.
Hardworking person, honest can work independently and with a team.
Strong in customer service and pass all background requirements including drug screening.
Valid ID and maybe asked to pick up items at home depot and supplies for community.

Must background and drug screening. Full time position Monday through Friday and willing to be on call for emergencies. Lock up of grounds and unlock with rotation of other onsite staff.
