We are a property management company looking to fill a maintenance position at our Apartment community near Loma Linda. Individuals and property management teams are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate(s) should have 2 years of maintenance in a property management setting. Maintenance experience at an apartment community strongly preferred. Candidates should also have knowledge of Fair Housing Law, Building Codes, and Housing/Habitability Standards.
This position is responsible for maintaining a community with several buildings and over 50 apartments. Typical duties include: maintaining the grounds, cleaning and tidying common areas, exterior maintenance and repairs, interior maintenance and repairs, work orders, turnover maintenance, etc
Hours:
· 35+ hrs per week.
Salary:
·Hourly starting at $18/hr.
·After 90 Days an onsite apartment may be provided in addition to the hourly compensation.

Experience:
Maintenance: 2 Years (Required)
Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Apartment/Residential Maintenance: 2 Years (Preferred)
Driver’s License and Good Credit Required
