Construction Helper Needed – Window Installation (On Payroll, Paid Weekly)
Body:
Windows & Mohr is hiring a construction helper to assist with residential window installation.
This is a W-2 payroll position. No cash pay.
All work is reported and paid weekly through payroll.
Job Duties:
Assist lead installer with window removal and installation
Carry materials and tools
Keep job sites clean and organized
Learn basic installation skills (training provided)
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working on active job sites
Construction experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay:
$XX–$XX per hour (based on experience)
Paid weekly through payroll (W-2)
Room to grow with a steady company
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time
Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
