We are seeking experienced Aviation Technicians or FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics to join our growing maintenance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Duties:
Perform inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of aircraft.
Conduct routine maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.
Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Inspect components for wear, defects, or other issues requiring repair or replacement.
Collaborate with maintenance leads, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure safe and timely return-to-service of aircraft.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
Participate in ongoing training and stay current with new technologies, tools, and procedures.
Qualifications:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred (or eligible Aviation Technician degree/certificate for non-certified candidates where applicable).
Minimum 1–3 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred; turbine or rotorcraft experience a plus.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and standard aviation maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in various hangar or ramp conditions.
Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening as required.
