Drivers day starts from 3:am to 5:am to get paperwork from the office. Truck's are pre loaded loaded, check load and set up customer orders, pull inventory and or shorts. Most drivers have 10-20 deliveries a day. Routes range from Santa Monica to San Clemente. Each route can cover a few cities, all local. Average driver works 6-8 hours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Most of the product is moved in milk cases. Examples: Boba & Coffee shops, Schools & Colleges, liquor stores, Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals etc. We pay by salary $600 a week to train and $1000 for full time, salary based on a 40 hour week pay schedule. We are looking for drivers with at least 2 years of experience driving class A & B and or 18-24 foot box trucks, Air brakes, familiar with hand trucks, lift gates, pallet jacks "manual & electric" etc.

I am also looking for part time drivers especially with a commercial B license 1 to 2 days a week to pick up loads in the Bakersfield area. I have my own trucks but if you own a refrigerated truck or tractor trailer I am willing to negotiate an offer. 8-10 pallets possibly more a week, sometimes twice a week.
