About Us:

We are expanding our operations and need a skilled logistics & dispatch professional who can help us make a smooth transition to our dispatch software.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating orders and deliveries, and providing excellent customer support to our partners and drivers.

Duties Include:

Operating and managing dispatch software (training provided, prior dispatch software experience required).

Data entry and daily dispatching of drivers and routes.

Customer service via phone and email.

Sending and tracking invoices, resolving A/R and A/P questions with customers.

Coordinating with drivers, sales team, and yard staff to ensure on-time deliveries.

Supporting the sales team with scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Must work on-site at our Fontana office (no remote).

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch, preferably in transportation or logistics.

Strong computer and data entry skills.

Professional and clear communication skills with customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive situations.

Schedule:

Full-Time (Tuesday-Saturday), with some flexibility as needed.

6 am - 2:30 pm

Compensation & Benefits:

$23/hr starting wage
