Performance Driven Workforce is currently seeking a Full Time Operations Associate in Fontana, CA. The Operations Associate will manage customer interactions, vehicle preparations, lot coordination, assist with and coordinate add-on repair services. Additionally, Full Time Operations Associates will create work orders to ensure quality and completeness when finished. The Full Time Operations Associate must have knowledge of vehicle service and repairs as well as strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities of Operations Associate:
Customer interactions
o Manage Lease/Rental Pick-up and Drop-offs with scheduled customers
Vehicle In fleeting and Return Processes
o Inspection, validation of functions, lost and found
o Documenting condition
Vehicle preparation to ensure it is ready for the next customer
o Operations will be provided by customer on-site
o Associate will manage work orders with customer and confirm quality and vehicle readiness
Lot Management
o Coordinate with customer to ensure vehicles are ready and available on a daily basis
Assist with and coordinate add-on repair services identified during vehicle return inspections with customer, creating work orders and ensuring quality and completeness when finished, (e.g., dent/ding, windshields, tires, major detailing)
Assist with scheduling, transporting, or providing vehicles for offsite services such as warranty repairs with dealers or off-site insurance body shop repairs
Utilize customer issued computer, tablet and phones; using different applications to complete tasks
Communicate with customer's Sales, Customer Support, Billing and Operations Management using various forms of communication channels such as Slack, WebEx, Email, and customer's management software program
Shift:
AM Day Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday + OT as needed)
Must be available to work overtime
Pay:
$30/hr.

Requirements:
Must be 25 years of age or older
Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License and a decent driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and experience of vehicle service and repairs to engage with customer for support
Experience with scheduling
Must have knowledge using different technology systems and applications to complete daily tasks
Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work
overtime
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional
teams
Ability to follow directions and multi-task
