Key Responsibilities:

Monitor truck locations and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Optimize routes for fuel efficiency and timely delivery.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and driver logs.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a dispatcher in the trucking or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, freight handling, and route optimization.
