Industrial Recycling needs. Our service helps our customers and helps protect the planet.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Stake Bed Driving
Strapping down steel bins, cardboard bins, and baled material.
Safe transportation of packages.
Consistent communication between yard manager and dispatcher while on routes of their location, wait times, and os issues that may need to be rectified .
Cordial, professional communication within internal and external parties.
Safe and professional demeanor while operating company equipment and vehicles.
Urgency in completing tasks and reporting to higher ups.
Responsibility to monitor their vehicle and report issues or repairs that may be needed.
Fulfilling assigned routes and avoid delays.
- Yard/Warehouse Duties
Sorting metal to breakdown and separate.
Unloading and Loading of containers and trucks using a forklift (if experienced).
Disassemble equipment with appropriate tools.
Cleaning duty of the yard as needed.
Assist in keeping your personal items and shared areas clean and clear.
Follow the yard manager's instructions for daily tasks
Take initiative to assist your colleagues in group tasks and to maintain flow of operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must have class C License and a clean driving record
Working ethic and can do attitude.
We welcome English speakers and Spanish speakers equally.
Willing to learn, training will be provided on the worksite.
Forklift experience preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided on the
worksite.
Exposure to outdoor environment daily.
Stand for long periods of time while in the warehouse.
PERKS AND BENEFITS
Consistent working hours. Monday to Friday 7AM – 3.30PM.
Performance bonuses twice a year. June and December.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
