YRC FREIGHT is looking for qualified Class A Truck Drivers who have all endorsements including Hazmat to join our award winning team of over 20,000 employees. We haul freight long-distance from terminal to terminal all our runs are 100% NO TOUCH! We haul for some of the world's largest leading brands. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
21 years of age with Valid Class A driver's license with Double/Triples, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
Must be able to operate a commercial motor vehicle in adverse road, weather, and traffic conditions
1 year verifiable experience with a tractor/trailer
Able to pass background & Drug screening
Knowledge of USDOT Rules and regulations
Route/Activity - This is a 365 day operation - all applicants must be willing and able to work nights, weekends & holidays
Our Line haul division consists of 4 different type of runs - 1) Local runs shuttling from Bloomington throughout southern CA (Hourly). 2) Daily runs to Las Vegas, Calexico, Santa Maria, Fresno and back to Bloomington.
3) Overnight or Relay runs to Phoenix, Sparks/Reno, and Tracy, CA and back to Bloomington. 4) Team runs from - Bloomington to Portland to Salt Lake back to Bloomington, the most our drivers are out is 4 days!
Equipment - Must be able to drive manual transmissions / Trailers size range from 28' Pups to 53' Dry Vans
