Senior Solution Architect provides the technical direction for the delivery
of solutions and services to customers. The Senior Solution Architect defines the
complete solution architecture for the integration of SaaS Applications, platforms, and data
assets into the customers technical environment. The Senior Solution Architect proposes solutions that are scalable, high performing, secure, reliable, and easily integrated. The Senior Solution architect leads a team of solution architects, application engineers, data engineers, and product specialists through all phases of the Digital Solution delivery methodology. Including requirements, design, build, test, UAT, and support.
Key responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with customers to capture and document the customers
technical environment. Illustrate the customers system environment, network environment,
security standards, authentication standards, data management standards, and data flows.
Document a proposed technical solution that integrates products into the customer
technical environment. For each integration point describe the integration approach,
authentication model, and data flow.
Effectively present the proposed technical solution to senior customer IT stakeholders. Ensure products and the proposed integrated solution meet the customers requirements for
security, performance, extensibility, reliability, and scalability. Coordinate the escalation and resolution of customer concerns with product organizations.
Design and lead engineering sprints to configure and extend products to meet customer requirements. Examples of extending products include the addition of reports, dashboards, workflows, input forms, branding, data ingestion, data extraction, data enrichment, and data transformation.
Strong working knowledge and proficient in the following technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, OOD, Async Programming.
Strong manager of teams. Effectively builds teams, recruits team members, sets goals,
evaluates performance, and mentors individuals.
Able to provide technical leadership for a portfolio of customer programs. Effective leading customer expectations during the sales, contracting, delivery, UAT, and support phases of customer programs.
Accurately estimates the scope, schedule, and resourcing for the technical design, build, and QA of customer solutions.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree.
Possess 6+ years’ experience at a B2B SaaS company leading solution architecture for complex
customer programs.
Outstanding organization, communication (verbal, written, presentation), analytical and
interpersonal skills.
Proven track record performing in dynamic environments and managing multiple, extremely
varied tasks with tight deadlines.
Ability to maneuver around / over internal and external obstacles to achieve goals.
Passionate about the application of technology to solve critical business problems.
Highly valued industry experience includes: Commercial Real Estate, Environmental
Engineering, Mortgage / Lending, and Appraisal / Valuation.
Highly valued technical experience includes: GIS, data science, UX, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL,
OOD, Async Programming, HTML, XML, Python.
Flexible to travel up to 35% of the time.
