Description Are you an experienced Account Specialist looking to take your career to new heights? A client located in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join their growing organization!Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Build and manage strong client relationships, providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with reconciliations, expense reports, and month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve accuracy in financial reporting.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members regarding account details.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting, client services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar preferred).
Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
