Description We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and will play a key role in all aspects of HR such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Participate in the recruitment efforts and selection process.
Manage employee benefits and facilitate communication between staff and insurance carriers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of related HR experience.
Knowledgeable in HR employment law and practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
