SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the Deputy Integrated Product Team (DIPT) for Production Management of the F/A-18 aircraft and the Intermediate and Depot (I to D) of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing all aspects of the F/A-18 Aircraft and I and D programs at FRC-West Lemoore.You will be responsible for managing and directing the functions required to disassemble, assemble, modify, incorporate technical directives and/or repair fleet aircraft.You will be responsible for the detailed plans for provisioning material, implementation, administration and detailed plans for and work direction.You will be responsible for human resource management issues relative to work direction and execution of full responsibility on the aircraft program.You will be responsible for development and justification of the aircraft and I to D programs annual budget.You will be responsible for the administration of existing rules, regulations, policies, manpower projections, recruitment, hiring, training and safety and health requirements.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of 1) Understanding of modern production concepts, methods, operating principles, practices and techniques as related to all phases of an industrial aeronautical organization and production; 2) Comprehending scheduling, provisioning, induction plans, material processing, supply and procurement; 3) Understanding analytical and statistical methods and techniques used to evaluate program operations and production effectiveness.
