Description Financial services client is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Livermore, California. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, supporting various marketing efforts and contributing to the overall growth of our brand.Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: Manage and maintain social media platforms to ensure a strong online presence Update marketing items on OE Central Management on a monthly basis Coordinate new hire and anniversary photos for internal use Schedule advertisements for online and mobile banking platforms Assist in the organization and execution of employee lunches and engagement events Contribute to internal marketing design efforts, including the creation of door posters, banners, and similar materials Undertake some video and graphic creation and editing tasks Manage vendors, including placing orders for print materials and promotional items, and sending monthly ads Design and schedule branch digital signage slides Update website content as needed, including changes to branch hours, rates, and promotional header photos/videos.Key Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Familiarity with CRM and Database management Experience in creating and managing Advertisements Blogging skills Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies Experience in Campaign Planning.If you are interested in this Marketing Assistant position, please submit your resume today!Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is needed for this role.
