Description We are in search of an Operations Manager to join our team located in Lompoc, California. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing work orders, planning operational activities, and overseeing inventory systems. You will also be tasked with resolving operational issues, conducting quality assurance inspections, and training staff on safety practices and installation procedures. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Responsibilities: Analyze assessments and work orders to develop comprehensive schedules for both staff and independent contractors. Plan and prioritize operational activities and manage budgets for installations. Track operational activities in approved databases and generate monthly reports. Create and monitor monthly program projections and notify of any variances. Resolve operational and installation problems proactively to minimize costs and prevent operational delays. Conduct internal field quality assurance inspections and recommend corrective actions for any deviations from program standards. Monitor inventory systems and ensure accuracy of inventory control reports. Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating unresolved issues as needed. Train staff and independent contractors in weatherization and general installation policies and procedures. Provide training on workplace safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment. Compile, file, and retrieve operational records and data to support effective decision-making and compliance audits. Conduct assessments and inspections of residential buildings to verify compliance with program guidelines and specifications.
