Garment Manufacturer looking for an experienced AP Coordinator. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities include but limited to:
- AP
- Matching Receivers, purchase orders and invoices
- Check runs
- Assisting the Accounting Manager/HR
- General Office duties - order supplies
- Prepare excel spreadsheets for review of expenses
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure
