Full job description
World-class spa and salon equipment manufacturer/retail company needs an in-house Accountant. This creative firm is looking to hire in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory control, taxes, and various accounting tasks. It will be working under senior accountant and CPA.
Must be available to work full-time. Must be reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Enterprise, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
Track inventory using Quickbooks Enterprise and SkuVault and ensure accurate inventory records.
Needs to be familier with nexus laws for online businesses.
Generate and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations, particularly those related to online businesses and nexus.
Maintain open communication with management regarding financial performance and compliance.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statement, and other reports upon request from Quickbooks.

Must have:
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum +3 years' experience in accounting/finance.
Experience with financial reporting requirements.
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.

Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday, No Weekends
