CAR PROS HONDA OF EL MONTE is seeking an Accounting Clerk.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Accounting Clerk Car Pros Automotive Group, you will perform any combination of the following and similar administrative and accounting duties:
1. Organizing, printing, posting and scanning purchase orders, invoices and statements.
2. Reconcile statements
3. Disbursing checks
4. Preparing and finalizing accounts paperwork
5. Verifying account and payment data
6. Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
7. Generating invoices and account statements
8. Maintaining files and records
9. Maintaining vehicle inventory
10. Producing various reports
WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT?
To be successful in this position, you must be a strong team player and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position, accounting experience preferred. Training on Car Pros processes and software will be provided. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to learn and advance their careers.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic math and/or accounting skills
Computer and Microsoft Office skills
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Organized and great at multi-tasking
Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
