Office in Burbank is looking for a full time Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to Accounting Department
Produce Financial Reports
Process Workers Compensation Reports
AR/AP
Payroll and utilities
Establishing and Enforcing proper Accounting methods and principles
Assist with office/accounting projects as needed
Perform data input and generate spreadsheets as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of clerical and accounting experience required
Experience with QuickBooks, MS Office, Excel, required
Bachelor's degree in accounting strongly preferred
Must be a strong team player
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
Have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and follow through with tasks
Ability to maintain discretion with highly sensitive and confidential material
Sense of humor and a great attitude is essential to our corporate culture
Willing to undergo a background check.
