Part-Time Accounting Position Available
Small Established Company
We're seeking a mature, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to manage our accounting — someone who’s ready to contribute meaningfully and help shape the future of our company
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable (matching invoice to Po, generating check runs, month end closing/reports)
Accounts Receivable (entering payments, collections and month end closing/reports)
Filing and occasional invoicing
Requirements:
Experience with Adagio Accounting software- helpful but not mandatory.
Previous accounting experience a must
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Schedule: some flexibility with schedule during our normal hours of operation Monday-Friday, 8-5.
