Searching for experienced professional who can process our Accounts Payable and assist the accounting manager.
Responsibilities include but limited to:
- AP
- Matching Receivers, purchase orders and invoices
- Weekly Check runs
- General Office duties - order supplies
- Prepare excel spreadsheets for expense review
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience with QuickBooks
- Good analytical skills
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure
