Admin Assistant/Bookkeeping - Real-estate Management

Bookkeeping: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation (bank and credit card), Financial reporting,

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and accounts. Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, team player, trustworthy, excellent work ethics. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with a team.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Proficient in MS Office applications (etc. excel, word)

Part-Time or Full-Time, Onsite, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

benefits: 40 hours sick pay per year, 40 hour vacation pay per year and holiday pay, Starting salary of $25 an hour to $32 based on experience and knowledge
