Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, utilizing AppFolio software.
- Prepare Budget and forecast
- Conduct regular audits and maintain internal controls.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to track costs, and drive financial efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AppFolio software or similar property management and accounting programs. (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
