Our fast-paced construction accounting firm in Woodland Hills is seeking a smart, organized, and experienced team member to assist with both bookkeeping and office administration.
Specific duties include the following:
Phones
Filing
Data Entry to Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Customer Relations
General Staff Support
Experience Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft WORD & Excel
Strong typing skills
Experience with office equipment
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
Preferred Experience in Construction and/or related field
Excellent organizational skills and strong communication tactics.
Should have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
40 hours/week
