Technology company seeking Full-Time or Part-Time detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing financial activities and some office administration functions:

Responsibilities include:

-Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities

-Prepare bank reconciliations

-Perform basic accounting functions (invoicing, payable, etc.)

-Reconciliation of monthly reports

-Address client concerns and questions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Sage Accounting is desirable but optional.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools is highly desirable.
