Join our team at PBM Signs, a trusted sign contractor serving the San Gabriel Valley for over two decades. We're currently seeking a dedicated full-time bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining precise financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze reports and financial statements
- Update company records
- Account Payable
- Account Receivable
- Payroll processing
- Answering phones and occasionally greeting customers.
Requirements:
- Bilingual is a Must (Read & speak of Chinese & English)
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time position (40+ Hours). 9am-6pm M-F
Part time available for right person.
