Objective
Our Tax Service department is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to review and ensure our clients’ tax filings are following government and local regulations. This role involves working with individuals, families, and businesses with different tax structures (partnership, LLC, S Corp, C Corp, sole proprietor, trust).

Responsibilities
Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, trusts, individuals, and related income tax documents.
Review and sign tax returns on behalf of clients.
Supervise engagements including planning, organization, and execution.
Research complex technical tax issues and provide solutions.
Manage multiple clients while consistently meeting deadlines.
Work closely with clients to advise on income tax issues and related tax planning.
Train and mentor individual team members and ensure quality of work products.
Qualifications
CPA licenseis required
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
Minimum of 10 years of taxation experience
Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research skills
Proficiency in ProConnect or other tax software,QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000/year, based on experience and location.
