Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, and procurement activities of the company. Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures, governmental policies and directives, and current accounting standards. Monitor and evaluate performance of staff, recommending and implementing appropriate personnel actions. Advise management on short-term and long term financial objectives, policies, and actions. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies. Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and other personnel to facilitate financial activities. Conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance and 2 years of experience in Finance Management.
