We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accounting person to join our growing team. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accounting records using QuickBooks
Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP
Process and manage payroll using ADP (including tax filings and deductions)
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with internal audits
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks skills (Desktop)
Solid understanding of GAAP
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strict confidentiality requirement
