Experienced Bookkeeper with Prior CPA Firm Experience – Small Business Focused
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with prior CPA firm experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small business environment and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Handle payroll clearing accounts and ensure accurate payroll reconciliations.
Work closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly within a CPA firm.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and payroll clearing accounts.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
