Our CPA firm located in West Los Angeles is looking for the ideal file clerk. This is a full-time, entry-level position and we are looking to hire ASAP. This is a great opportunity to learn what it is like to work for a successful CPA firm. The hours are from 8:30a to 4:30p.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
High volume filing and ensuring all client files are in their appropriate place
Creating new file folders for tax and bookkeeping departments
Process the incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and Federal Express deliveries
Assisting the Office Manager with maintaining all company supplies; inventory; office equipment maintenance
Assist with shredding documents and disposal of such documents according to building procedures
Our ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; excellent communication skills and be able to do all this while maintaining a calm, courteous and professional demeanor under the pressures of a fast-paced CPA firm.
