Finance Department Manager needed for construction company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00AM-5:00PM, Friday: 9:00AM-2:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage cash flow and billing.
2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.
3. Report financial data.
4. Money collection.
5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.
6. Oversee credit applications processing.
7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.
8. Staff management of all department employees.
Requirements:
1. Experience doing finance for a construction company.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Experience in budgeting and management.
4. Experience with customer service.
5. Go getter attitude.
6. Experience with QuickBooks, preferred.
Compensation: $7,500 per month. Weekly pay on Fridays. PTO & Major holidays paid off.
